Pollen (2023)

Hera is young and desperate to climb the corporate ladder, but a senior colleague abuses his power to coerce her into sex for career advancement, then tosses her aside. Unable to move on, she develops an emotional bond with the houseplant her abuser gave her, as if it were a surrogate for their love that couldn’t exist in the workplace. She then begins seeing an ominous humanoid plant follow her around a monster that stalks her in place of the recent, unprocessed emotional trauma. Hera’s life spins out of control.
